Front desk, concierge, night audit, kitchen, floor, HR, management: our careers were built in properties where excellence isn't negotiable. And the passion for service, properties and stars never left us.
We lived what you live: instructions copied out by hand, spreadsheets that don't talk to each other, details that slip through the cracks between shifts and get caught up in overtime. Everywhere, the same finding: the information existed, just never where you needed it.

The trigger.
KeySuite was born behind the front desk of the Shangri-La Paris. Between two check-ins: a whiteboard held together by hand, a logbook to copy out, an instruction to pass on to the next shift. The same question every night: why doesn't the tool that would fix all this exist?
Four years of consulting with Kyvos then widened the picture. Very different properties, of every size, and everywhere the same gap, patched with whatever was at hand: tidier spreadsheets, better-written procedures, routines.
One day, it became obvious: the trade wasn't waiting for one more routine. It was waiting for a tool.
